Welcome to Opera on Tap-Wyoming! We are a local non-profit organization that introduces opera in non-traditional settings so we can share this beautiful art form with a brand new audience!
While Opera on Tap is an international organization that originated in New York, OOT-WY is run by born and raised Wyomingites! We want to share more of the art form we love with the state we love!

For years, OOT-WY artistic director Beth Jacobs has lovingly referred to opera as “big sounds for big feelings.” Opera uses larger than life music to express larger than life emotion, and our concert on July 12th celebrates just that!
Join us outside on the extended patio of The Paramount Ballroom for “Mood Swings” and watch us yo-yo between the brightest and darkest feelings you’ll encounter in opera!
