Halloween with Opera on Tap LA!

Opera on Tap is getting all spooky on yo’ asses.

SPOOKY AWESOME.

Once again Opera on Tap LA turns Room 5 into a den of diavoli, a cauldron of cattivi, a mob of monstri, and a swarm of sopranos! All will entertain you with nastily noxious musical nostrums while you nosh and quaff nourishment nonpareil. In other words, it’s gonna be a darn good show with good eats and drink!

And wear your scariest costume and bring your prettiest date, or vice versa, because we’re having a COSTUME CONTEST. The winner is selected by you!

Opera On Tap Chicago Presents: OoToberfest!

Opera on Tap Chicago presents its annual fundraiser “OoToberfest!” on October 2nd at the Lincoln Tap Room. The event will feature some of opera’s Greatest Hits as well as an OPEN BAR for the duration of the show. Drink Specials start at 8 p.m. Show starts at 9 p.m. This event will feature OoTChi Roster members as well as guests from OoT Ann Arbor, Twin Cities, and Milwaukee! Come enjoy unlimited drinks while being entertained with some of the most popular songs from the operatic repertoire! Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the door.

Oktoberfest with Opera on Tap LA!

Opera on Tap and Oktoberfest? Ya voll!

Dust off your beer stein, hike-up your lederhosen and hold on to your schnitzel because Opera on Tap LA is diving into that most German of traditions, Oktoberfest! Join us at the Room 5 as we serenade with Schubert, mash up Mozart and wrestle with Wagner all while holding a liter of beer in each hand. A darn gut time will be had by alles!

FRIENDSHIP with OOT San Francisco

Come celebrate friendship with Opera on Tap San Francisco. When it comes to opera we often think of romance or rivalry but this month we will explore the awesomeness of friendships in opera.

IT’S FREE!!

Never been to the opera before? Not even sure what opera is? Our monthly events are great for new comers and opera fanatics alike. We present a scenes program full of arias, duets, and ensembles from several different operas. Some new, and some old. We have an MC who introduces each piece, and supertitles! Plus it’s in a bar so….booze. Rite Spot’s kitchen is closed on Sundays so bring your own nibbles if you need them.
